"Mr Ashley from Briton's Travel - My Savior. From the very first interaction, it was clear that Mr Ashley was not just a travel agent, but someone who genuinely cares about their clients. His compassion, professionalism, and empathy stood out at every stage of my journey. I had to catch a flight on Saturday 14th December to Thailand. A very bad mishaped happened at the airport whereby my passport got teared off. I encountered such a calvary whereby I wasn't allowed to take my flight due to the damaged passport. Being such an emotional girly and out of panic I was about to burst out in tears but then I called Mr Ashley from Briton's Travel (who made all my bookings). I cannot explain how well he handled me with my emotional baggage at that time on the call itself. He was able to get a hold of myself and explained how to proceed in this situation.
